With the DIFF generator settings (diff) parameter you can give the command to be executed when comparing the database on the host with the MS configurations with the Check configuration button.

Enter the full path of the command.

The default command is /usr/bin/diff. You can use special commands, parameters or your own scripts for the configuration check, if needed.
