The Site preferences menu can be used to apply site-wide parameters to the CAs. These parameters are:

Refresh base and refresh interval: Starting time and interval of the automatic certificate distribution, that is, at what time should the distribution of certificates and CRLs start, and how often it should be performed.

Default distinguished name: The fields of the DN filled here will be automatically filled when creating new CA certificates or CSRs, which is especially useful if a large number of certificates have to be created.
