This section describes how to initialize and configure CF. It is also described how rule groups, scanpaths, and other objects can be created and used to form Content Filtering policies. Setting up the communication between CF and PNS is described in Section 14.2.4, Configuring PNS proxies to use CF. Before starting to configure CF, add the Content Filtering component to the host (see Procedure 3.2.1.3.1, Adding new configuration components to host for details).
