A geographical location based filtering solution. The following parameters have to be specified:
: List of countries to apply the selected action to.
: Action that is applied to packets that originate from are destined to any country defined in country_list
: List of IP addresses or subnets that should not be considered when checking the geographical location.
: GeoPacketLimit instance for packet number based rate limiting for GeoIP.
